extensive experience in the valuation of closely held businesses.
The firm has completed more than 3,500 business valuation
engagements covering a wide spectrum of industries for entities
ranging from middle market, publicly traded companies to small,
closely held businesses and professional practices.

and senior associates of Brinig & Company hold credentials specific
to business valuation including, certified public
accountant/accredited in business valuation (CPA/ABV), chartered
financial analyst (CFA) and accredited senior appraiser (ASA), and
regularly contribute to their profession by writing and lecturing on
the subject of business valuation. The Brinig & Company team also
has extensive knowledge about unique issues pertaining to business
valuation, including: estate planning and taxation, Corporations
Code Section 2000, community property matters and transaction
